Best healthy and delicious lunch spot in Bergen county. It has a lot of variety of proteins, steak, Turkey, chicken and fish. Good carbs and fresh vegetables. Also they have great protein desserts like protein and low carb muffins, pudding and donuts!!!!

Love this spot. Food is always fresh and the workers are always friendly and genuinely try to remember what you like when returning. A classic deli with healthier options and food Thats ready, fresh and fast! Some of my favorites are the Chicken Cutlet sandwich on semolina with broccoli rabe and olive spread, and the chicken Alfredo over brown rice and veggies. Try the protein muffins too! I Always leave happy, full and feeling lighter. Def check them out

Came here for some post workout fuel, wow this food was amazing ! Their grilled chicken and potato cubes were off the charts. They also have some supplements and they are a muscle egg headquarters. Just wish the spot was a little bigger inside , it fills up fast .

Yelp reviews guided me to Vicario's. I ordered a chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe and mozzarella sandwich. The counter person recommended an olive spread which was delicious. The bread they have is delicious. The sandwich was pressed on a panini press to perfection. Definitely will return.

Stumbled upon this cafe thru Yelp looking for a quick place to get a bite for lunch. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be coming back. The weightlifter salad was amazing with ALOT of chicken and the sandwich was perfect. Anyone looking for a healthy spot in the area this is the place to go.

Ok, this is one of those places where I would not have tried it on my own. I came here with a friend for lunch because it was near his work place. He's a regular customer and says everything is good and healthy. I trust his taste. Once we opened the door, it was a whole new world inside. It's a cozy place, you order and then there are counters against the wall to sit at. The walls have photos of body builders, apparently since the owner used to be a champion too. See if you can spot his photo. We both ordered the chicken sandwich. Service was super friendly and comfortable, it reminded me of Cheers, like the song "where everybody knows your name". Since my friend Steven frequents this place, especially since he also got into body building and even won a competition himself, his photo is also on the wall. It was a delicious lunch, but even better time catching up with my good friend. What a great place this is to gather people around good food and also community on shared interests and healthy lifestyle.
